We are glad that we can take part in one of the most important moments in a woman’s life. Preparing a pregnancy, protecting it and recovering after birth. Yoga and Ayurveda are the source of the first information attributed to these 3 important moments in a woman’s life, attested for at least 3000 years. We will be joined by valuable nutrition-related information, general counseling of these moments. Establish a plan of movement and training to prepare for pregnancy.

Awareness of breathing and its preparation for the moment of birth. Physical, emotional and mental recovery after birth, through counseling, Yoga classes or specially designed training for this period. Everything, alongside a well-established diet plan to offer no nutritional deficiency to the mother and baby. Professional training in Yoga and Ayurveda gives us the chance to practice and offer these services alongside our parenting experience.
