Nidra Yoga we began to study intensively in a 4-year course with Andre Riehl, one of the three teachers who can share Nidra Yoga around the world. With a history of at least 12,000 years, this ancient technique is one of the most powerful and effective forms of Yoga.
A form of passive but effective stress-relieving yoga, breath awareness, body relaxation, emotional and mental blockage, the awareness of certain patterns after we guide our life and change or reprogram them.
During the Nidra Yoga, the body is completely relaxed, we only travel with attention and replication in certain areas of the body, thus reaching a deep meditation state. Recommended for any age and without any physical contraindications.
