The beginnings of the Stone Movement were limited to personal training, group classes and nutrition basics. Along with our evolution and experience, the results we have achieved have improved considerably, being direct effects of courses and continuing specializations.

When we talk about weakness, we try to address this issue differently. We offer the option of going on a nutritional and training plan based on classical principles of fitness and wellness, or we offer a 5000-year-old approach to nutrition and naturopathic treatments based on Ayurveda principles and approaching the Yoga principles.

These two completely different aspects can also be approached together, according to the goals, needs, lifestyle, genetic factors and the history of each individual. Everything is personalized in the smallest possible detail, and the online environment helps us to offer this experience anywhere.
